Who could not use some good news? We want to hear it when the doctor comes out of the operating room. The small business owner wants to hear it when the accountants go over the books. The student wants to hear it when the professor posts the grades on the hallway bulletin board. The Gospel is the best good news the world has ever had. Jesus Christ can save from any sinner from sin. Sin is the problem. Sin is every man's greatest problem. Sin is the what is wrong with the world. Jesus Christ is God's sin solution. "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16.

1. Agree with God. "All have sinned and come short of the glory of God." Rom. 3:23. Not until we admit a problem can we hope to fix a problem. Sin is both a moral error as well as a willful disobedience to God. We sin by doing things that are wrong, but we also sin by not doing what is right. We are sinners by omission and commission. Say, like the Prodigal son "I have sinned."

2. Repent. "The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Rom. 6:23. Sin is serious. It is not enough to admit you are a sinner, God calls everyone to "repent." That means "turn around."

3. Believe Jesus. He said He is "the way the truth and the life" and no one can come to the Father except by Him. He also said He would be crucified and that He would rise again on the third day. That is exactly what He did. You can trust Him. "If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead thou shalt be saved."

4. That's it. Religions try to make it more complicated, but Christ made
it so simple that a child could understand it. He called Himself the
"Door." Doors are not for looking at. They are for going through.
By faith, enter into new life, enter into eternal life, enter into the
Way the Truth and the Life: Jesus.
